Pros: 1 hour lunch, onsite cafe, meeting new people, building rapport with customers, helpful staff and management, being encouraged to help enjoy working there.
Cons: having to stay over until the last customer has been checked out, having to help a customer even if they walk in 3 minutes before closing.
A typical day consists of answer incoming calls regarding services and appointments. Checking out customers for who've had their vehicle serviced or bought a car part. I have learned a lot about BMW cars, warranty information and a few things on bmw maintenance. Management is great, they're very friendly and willing to help. Co-workers were great, they really made working there a pleasure. The hardest part was sometimes trying to juggle all of the incoming calls at peak times of the day along with assisting the line of customers that were actually there at the same time and needed help checking out. The most enjoyable part of the job for just about everything.
