Global Pharmedica is located in north Phoenix, Arizona. We are currently seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented, self-starter for the position of Personal Assistant. A can-do attitude is essential, as is the ability to stay one step ahead of the CEO and anticipate needs. This position requires the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information with diplomacy and discretion, as well as a passion for accuracy.

The Assistant will provide administrative support to the management staff. Duties include the following: Schedules appointments and plans conference calls as well as meetings, manages customer database, makes travel arrangements (air, hotel and rental car); Maintains files; Manages executive budget and reconciles expense reports; Records, assembles, coordinates, analyzes and evaluates material for correspondence, reports and projects. Operates a variety of office equipment, and otherwise handles official clerical, administrative and business details.


This position requires exceptionally strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Must be able to accomplish all assignments without need of close supervision and be diplomatic in interpersonal dealings; professional yet personable. Meeting planning is a critically-important skill set, including experience working with hotels, restaurants and other suppliers to produce a cohesive event. Good knowledge and usage of English is required, including the ability to compose correspondence. Professional communication skills are required in order to interact with customers, co-workers, suppliers and others on behalf of the company's management. Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to read and write is required, as well as basic math skills. Legible handwriting, typing at a minimum of 65 WPM and keyboard skills are necessary. Requires the use of calculator, telephone, fax machine, copiers/printer, computer and presentation equipment. A valid drivers license and the ability to drive a vehicle are necessary. Professional attire and attitude is expected. BACHELORS DEGREE REQUIRED.
