Recruiter Officer, Edmonton, AB - November 6, 2014
Having team meeting at the beginning and at the end of every day to rise the productivity and have the entire team on the same page. Focusing on headhunting a specific trade/field of candidates in order by the urgency level. Scheduling interviews and submitting proper candidates to the employers.
I have improved my communication skills as well as different careers and work fields in order to place the best/qualified candidates to our clients.
The management was a great part of the company, we were always organized, talked and reviewed our plans, goals, accomplishments and new tasks in order to have full control and understanding of the situation we were to maximize work efficiency and productivity.
The co-workers are very friendly, helpful and supportive. They are always offering assistance whenever someone faces difficulty and not afraid to ask themselves.
The hardest part of the job is headhunting a specific profession that we are currently recruiting for but that is just a part of the job. A challenge is always good to have in a job.
The most enjoyable part would be the satisfaction when the candidates/employers thanking our company for providing them great service and finding them excellent employers/employees.
