Location: Organization based in New England, position location flexible.
General Description: Collaborate with administrative leadership team to attain enrollment targets for all Global Routes summer high school, fall/spring gap year programs, and custom school programs through traditional and innovative marketing initiatives and to explore and develop mutually-beneficial partnerships with schools, businesses, NGOs, and other entities in the student travel space.
Primary responsibilities: Marketing, recruitment and conversion of Global Routes students. Manage a portfolio of students, attend recruiting events, and visit schools. Plan, coordinate and host family information sessions. Creatively develop and implement new strategies for marketing Global Routes high school, gap year and custom school programs, including traditional and innovative strategies. Collaborate on the development of a comprehensive marketing plan, create and monitor all relevant budgets, and evaluate marketing effectiveness. Establish new partnerships with organizations, schools, businesses, NGOs and other entities to expand the reach and exposure of Global Routes. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy. Actively engage the Global Routes community.
