Globant is looking for a Technical Recruiter to assist with our human capital needs in US. We are seeking goal-oriented and proactive candidates, capable of working independently.
- Manage recruitment life-cycle from search kick-off through closure to ensure timely goals are achieved.
- Develop the talent pipeline needed to meet current, near term, and long term organizational objectives.
- Take an active part in decisions of new recruitment strategies for USA.
- Ensure documentation and tracking of daily recruitment activities.
- Advanced student/Degree in Psychology/Human Resources or related areas
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter experienced in sourcing, qualifying and presenting US candidates all levels of technical candidates to Hiring Manager.
- Very strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding and rapidly changing environment.
