opened store, open the computer system, check to make sure all the lights are on. check crew members before they start to work for proper uniform. do food safety, open register and make sure we have change for the day. follow procedures and follow up on the crew procedures, make sure storage room was stock for the day and the dates on the food was not expired. check email and if i get customers complaint i need to follow up on them and call and send letters to customers with an apology. communicate target for the day. observe that all crew members are in their post and working fast to provide fast, accurate and fresh food to customers. solve any issue that may come up during the day, if one person calls out make sure i call someone to replace them. provide change to registers when needed and do cashout and deposits at the end of shift.
