Not bad. The company reduced salary and did not give proper explanations for their act.
Pros: example: free lunches, etc.
Cons: example: short breaks, healthcare, etc.
I worked full time providing a linguistic support to Army units and other contractors. I didn't deal with management a lot. Co-workers are great to work with. I worked overseas so it was hard for my family. The job paid good so I enjoyed working there.
