In this role, you develop and manage the business growth plan with measurable deliverables. You build relationships to ensure GoZapIt and its capabilities are top-of-mind for potential customers, partners and clients. You collaborate and effectively communicates significant developments or company growth opportunities with the President. You provide day-to-day leadership and management of staff. You evaluate and recommend improvements of business process efficiencies. You contribute to new business pitches and scope expansion opportunities for current and potential clients. You assist in proposal development and pricing strategy for projects. You manage day to day interactions, projects and critical deadlines with Clients. As needed, you actively participate in staff and contractors recruitment or vendor / partner selections.
This position reports to the President. You possess strong leadership and development skills. You gather information and make decisions in a timely manner. You handle multiple duties, delegate appropriately, and complete assigned tasks accurately on time. You possess excellent communication skills in person and on the phone. You have the ability to influence and build trust with staff and clients.
Must be comfortable working in a small business atmosphere and willing to wear multiple hats. Entrepreneurial experience a real plus. Agency, website/marketing company, or previous operational experience (operations, product development, marketing, finance, sales, etc.) helpful, but not required. Our client delivery model is based on a local market focus; therefore no out of town travel or road-warrior lifestyle. This position offers a base salary and commission.
