When you are going through the hiring process, they make it seem that you will be mostly there for technical support. Once in training it's all just sales and little support. On the floor it is the same way. The managers didn't seem to care how well you were at providing technical support as long as you met your sales quota. It is a fun environment with contests, outings, year end party, and other employee recognition events all year long. Job security is all about sales so it is hard sometimes going in thinking you will be technical support but get switched directly to sales.
