Going-there Global Destination Services, is looking for a Manager, Client Services.
Going-there provides destination services in over 100 cities around the world. It employs over 400 part and full time destination consultants who are trained to a high standard of service delivery.
Some of the responsibilities for this position will be:
*Pursue and respond to business development opportunities within an assigned prospect portfolio as well as client services support to those won clients
*Act in a supporting role to the VP, Client Services in pursuing and responding to G-T’s broader portfolios, ensuring service value to clients and prospects as well as driving revenue for the organization
*Develop and manage the proposal and marketing libraries
*Coordinate special projects such as new locations, group moves, and alliance development
The person we are looking for has keen organization and writing skills.
He/she must have proven communication skills and the ability to synthesize our client and prospects needs into responsive solutions.
He/she will be an analytical self-starter, who is both process and results driven.
*Experience in the relocation/mobility industry is essential for this role*.
We’re looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of global relocation experience and two years of personal experience living and working internationally.
Experience of working with clients and developing responses to requests for proposals is highly desirable and will be given precedence over those without this expertise.
The role is full-time and home office based, with some travel to clients and prospects. Salary will be based upon experience.
