Going Green Solar, a leading regional player in the home energy and solar industry positioned to go national, is seeking immensely passionate and motivated Outside Sales Consultants to join their growing team of dedicated professionals! Even in the midst of a struggling economy, the home energy reduction and solar industry is exploding.

The Federal government has committed (and just renewed in 2013!) tens of billions of dollars to the industry as have local utilities, making this industry a modern-day gold rush!

GGS has the best commission / compensation plan in the industry, with top producers making from $100k - $150k+ per year! You will also receive support from our multifaceted lead generation programs in the form of 10-15 scheduled appointments per week!

Job Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales Consultant for GGS, your primary responsibility will be to meet with and delight our current and potential clients. This will require becoming an industry expert who can autonomously relay the environmental and financial benefits of home energy efficiency and solar improvements in the home. Ultimately, you will show customers how to reduce their energy expenses at little to no additional cost to them.

Outside Sales Consultant – Environmental Energy (Solar Business)

As an Outside Sales Consultant for GGS, you must be a driven sales superstar who excels at making long-term, emotional connections with people and closing sales. This position also requires someone who is able to manage their time while maximizing their leads.
Requirements of the Outside Sales Consultant include:

  • Conducting 3-4 appointments per day, five days a week
  • Closing a minimum of 4-6 sales per month
  • Completing paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Having references that verify your proven success in sales
  • A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, reliable and professional vehicle
  • Outstanding cover letter explaining why you are the right person for the job!
