not a horrible job if you dont have a life
Driver (Current Employee), elkridge mdMarch 30, 2013
Pros: its a paycheck
Cons: forget enjoying said check
the hours are long, the pay is poor for hours worked( to do the job properly you are looking at 50+ hours a week on the average minimum) the job itself is not that hard. of the two managers, one is as helpful as he can be, the other will tell you anything he thinks you want to hear, but wont actually do anything meaningful to address your concerns.

Mixer Operator (Former Employee), Fall River, MAFebruary 28, 2013
Pros: excellent pay, liked managent.
Cons: you go into work never knowing your hours, sometimes 12-14 hrs.
Enjoyed working there, will apply again. Enjoyed making 3,000 LB.batches of dough! Employees were very enjoyable to work with. The hardest part of the job was the stress as hundreds of pounds of ingredients were added in a matter of seconds or minutes.

100 year old company that is good to work for
Route Driver (Current Employee), Brooklyn, NYJanuary 13, 2013
Pros: not very stressful, pay is never a problem
Cons: can be time consuming on a salary position
Good company to work for overall. Holiday pay is always paid promptly as is your pay. Weekly salary paycheck. The only downside would be is if you get a time consuming route it can work against you since it is a salaried position.

Transportation Intern (Former Employee), Fall River, MAApril 23, 2012
Pros: great benefits and salary
Cons: long hours
Started out as a part-time summer employee then moved on to an internship in the corporate offices. Learned a great deal of information through the internship. Became an expert in Excel and learned the in's and out's of the company. Great people there.
