The owners require that the managers work in the employee positions which makes in fairly difficult to manage a restaurant which serves over 2500 people a day.
I learned a tremendous amount from working there, not just professionally but also personally by strengthening myself as a better leader and role model.
In the end I refused to work 6-6.5 days a week, sometimes over 80 hours a week, considering my employee/employer agreement was 5 days 55 hours a week. – less
