Worst management ever. High turnover rate. They try to nickel & dime residents for everything they possibly can. Don't work here.
Leasing Consultant (Former Employee) –  Culver City, CAApril 16, 2016
The management for this company is always changing.
They can't keep a regional manager or director to save their lives! Some of the older properties haven't been updated and the rent doesn't add up with the condition of the apartments at all.

The property managers do whatever they want without consulting corporate. Working in the field is like every man for himself. They micro manage and dont care wether you call HR or not.

God forbid you work as a leasing agent for a property that doesn't have an assistant manager. They'll pay you at a leasing agent rate but make you do everything an assistant manager does!

The stress is unbearable. You're better off working retail and having a life outside of work. They don't pay you nearly enough as they should pay in order for you to remain sane. They'll call you on your days off and email you on your lunch. It's like you never get a day off.

The best thing about working here is that sense of community that you gain and relationships you build with the residents.
Pros
A lot of friendly residents
Cons
Everything else

Do not work for this racists company
Marketing & Leasing (Former Employee) –  Culver CityFebruary 24, 2016
Racists, HR backs management even when faced with written proof of racisim and unfair practices, intimidation and harrassement.

Property was not properly maintained, flying termites, maggots and flea infestation in the kitchen.

Managment claimed they would not ask anyone to do anything they wouldn't do themselves. And then, proceeded to make rules that clearly set them (and their best friends) apart from all the rules and lied about it.

Culture was to intimidate and belittle residents and staff.
Pros
Free lunch
Cons
Mis managed, racists, liars.
