Implement a nepotism policy which is badly needed here. This place has way to much family working together both ownership and employee family members and sometimes working side by side and under family members as their supervisor. Better pay and give proper credit for experience. Implement a new patient Registration system versus having the patient sitting in front of you while waiting for you to do insurance verification and patients becoming inpatient and making faces. Make the Main clinic front lobby and registration more functional. It’s a madhouse and lacks a patient navigator to direct the many Managed Care and volume of illiterate patients.

Very confusing. What employer orders TB test and drug test just because they interview you? No one that I know. I went for a 10 min interview, HR person comes in and tells me that I have the job. I have a TB test and drug test. I am excited that I have the job. I was in their office 2 hours for all the testing, then, BOOM! I get told the next day that I don't have a job, WTH? I spoke to the the HR manager, was explained to me that EVERY single interviewee gets a TB test and Drug test regardless. I tried to tell HR manager that I had already quit my job because I was told I had this job. I got no where. So I was out of 2 jobs within 24 hours. No one would help me. I offered to do ANYTHING they had if they would only please give me a job. And HR manger plainly said "sorry" hung up on me. :-(
