Management who doesn't care at all about their frontline employees.
Very poor management. They don't care about their employees. Very stressful place to work.
Management not caring about anything but themselves.
Just knowning you are taking care of residents that need your help because you are in their house working, not the residents in our work living. Knowing you have to provide peace, love and joy to the residents as well as all medical needs.
