Product Manager (Former Employee) –  Sunnyvale, CAOctober 11, 2016
The group I worked with were great and it was a lot of fun working on our products. The small team size really helped garner a sense of ownership and you could see your contributions make a difference.

CEO was dishonest and greedy, leaving the people who made the company great with little while she and the CFO departed with a nice chunk of change when the company was sold to Blackberry.

Not Good
Escalation Support Engineering Manager (Current Employee) –  Farmers Branch, TXOctober 13, 2015
Horrible executive management drove company out of business. Everything is incredibly under resourced so that nothing gets done properly and everyone is terribly burned out. Management acknowledges the problem but does nothing about it and makes excuses for lack of any planning or strategy.
Pros
Great Pay
Cons
Dismal Future

Technical Support (Current Employee) –  USAMay 13, 2015
Management has created high stress, high turnover environment where "opportunities are plenty" which means that work is plentiful but compensation sucks. Would not recommend.

Highly collaborative environment and great people
ENGINEER (Former Employee) –  San Diego, CAFebruary 6, 2015
It was a joy working for Good. My team was awesome and I learned a lot.

The recent layoff came as a shock to many people. The rumor is that the CEO was trying to make the accounting look better prior to the IPO. The layoffs were not handled professionally and the manner in which they were done showed a lack of respect for those laid off.

People went for vacation after working very hard and came back to the news that they had been let go. Many managers whose reportee's were axed were not consulted.
Pros
Collaborative environment, free snacks, good work life balance
Cons
CEO lacks charisma, layoffs every year

Engineer (Former Employee) –  Santa Clara, CAFebruary 2, 2015
The dev manager did not like bad quality result from QA and preferred good result, and tried to manipulate test result. It was strange that the dev manager was in charge of both dev and QA.

Office Manager/Facilities Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Columbia, MDJanuary 15, 2015
A typical day consisted of wearing multiple hats and performing any duty necessary in order to get the job done. Managing the small details that fit into the big picture were necessary on a daily basis. This position taught me a lot about start up companies, all hands on deck atmosphere and supporting a variety of different personalities. This was a fantastic environment with wonderful people.
