Wiring Technician (Former Employee) – Fayettville – March 17, 2018
Days were long and drawn out. I learned how the wires for the A/C units were installed. Workplace was small. I worked with my hands, by placing the wires into plastic holsters to be placed/plugged into the units themselves.
only 5 min breaks with a 2 min walk to get outside
Parts Specialist (Former Employee) – Houston, TX – March 13, 2018
Cut throat environment. Management disregarded bullying and harassment. Management played favorites with specific employees. Management also ignored proof of employees cheating productivity metrics despite management warning employees not to use the exact same metric cheating loopholes

Assembler (Former Employee) – Fayetteville, TN – January 30, 2018
My responsibilities included; lifting equipment and materials up to 50lbs. I worked alongside others on an assembly line inserting copper/coil rods into aluminum air condition vents and restocking supplies. I tested air condition units by checking for leaks and holes in the products. Some days were slower than other depending on if the machines were working or not. Things were very fast past when on the assembly line. I enjoyed my fellow coworkers. The hardest part of the job was working with someone not as skilled or fast paced as yourself. Most enjoyable part of the job was learning new things.
Good job. Too many changes and expectations from BM and up. Bm's need to take more responsibility and not just delegate. They need to lead by example.
Employee number only (Current Employee) – Usa – January 25, 2018
Understaffed branches, upper management in clicks. People below them are just employee numbers. Unqualified BM's. Need better health care plans annual raise only covers the increase in the cost of health insurance. So ur not getting a raise if u think of it
Monday thru Friday
Needless expectations from upper management. Micro managing for no reason
Poor communication between departments. The tendency to pass the buck. Low employee morale. Not much value placed on employees who are not a part of management. The buddy system seems to be at play, it's not what you know but who you know.
