Goodman Tank Lines (Current Employee), Stowe, PAMay 5, 2014
Pros: low benefits premium co-pays
Cons: short staffed, hiring
Goodman Tank Lines is a company that has everything a professional in the transportation industry is seeking. The work is challenging, the Management team and support groups are dedicated, thorough and thoughtful. The Driving force and maintenance team is made up of a diverse group of seasoned professionals from many different backgrounds. Goodman pays – more... a fair, competitive wage and offers a comprehensive benefits package. After recently working for companies without these basic American standards it is great to be part of an organization that represents a genuine opportunity to live the American Dream. – less

Disapointment
Truck Driver (Former Employee), AltoonaJuly 9, 2012
Pros: daylight work
Cons: working a lot because they can't keep no one
2% taken out of checks your still paying taxes on. Got to quit to get it back. Stopped paying overtime rate after 50, and on Sundays. Paying for Medical Benefits you don't have. Worst company i had worked for, didn't last a year.

Bad Company to work for
Local Driver (Former Employee), Stowe, PAApril 18, 2012
Pros: n/a
Cons: bad company to work for
My daily driver duties include properly transporting equipment and products and materials as needed. It is important to maintain all proper paperwork needed, such as a daily logbook, pre-and post-trip inspection report, and all proper documentation needed to stay in compliance with the companies rules and regulations as in accordance with the FMCRR – more... guidelines. It is also the drivers duty to maintain an excellent safety record, and the ability to maintain all proper certifications and forms needed to haul certain equipment and products accordance with the FMCRR guidelines. I was a local driver who pickup and delivered many forms of petroleum products. – less
