Retail Coordinator (Former Employee), Waukesha, WisconsinJune 23, 2014
Pros: pay, benefits, helping others
Cons: advancement process, work can be exhausting
Worked as a Retail Coordinator at the Waukesha store. Great coworkers and managers, challenging and engaging job. You will stay busy and pitch in where needed, this is NOT a "hands off" job. Pay is fair for the work you do, and benefits are good. The process for advancement is poor, you must go through a very lengthy and involved process regardless – more... of your job performance. Overall a good place to work. – less

Organization Which In General Works For The Common Good
Team Leader (Former Employee), North Riverside, ILOctober 23, 2012
Pros: donation sales go to assist those in need.
Cons: donations are overproduced to meet production requirements.
Goodwill works to help those with barriers to employment find work and provides those individuals with employment. The product changes daily with the items donated. It is fast paced and requires large energy reserves.
