I was asked questions about my previous job's. The interviewer also explained to me how good will operates and what to expect, as far as pay and hours. I didn't get the position i applied for however I was offered a different position. I had to sign a couple of consent forms, then I was given my drug test paperwork. Typical interview.

At the Miami location I showed up to the office and they were not expecting me. The person I spoke to on the phone called off and said nothing to her coworkers about interviews.
The guy that interviewed me asked me to tell him about myself. The other question he had was what are three things my references would describe me as.
Then he went on to offer me a position I didn't even apply for over the position I was called in to interview for. I felt like they really wasted my time.

One on one interview, Went as follows:
1.Tell me about yourself.
2. Why do you want to work here?
3. Tell me about your last job and why you left.
4. Explain a time when you satisfied a need of a customer.
5. Explain a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
6. What type of people don't you get along with.

Afterwards he explained the rate of pay, 20-29hrs per week for part-time and that they don't give raises unless you apply for a lead position after a year. The nature of the job was at times dirty and production based.

Typical 15-20 minute interview, questions back and forth, getting to know you like a date. Interviewer didn't give me a time frame on when I'd here back for an answer. I thanked him for his time and consideration for the job, went on my way. Regardless if I didn't get the job, thought the structure of the interview was decent and to the point even though I don't know when or if I'll hear back.
