open/close store, payroll, staff schedule, cashier, email correspondence, interviewing, hiring new employees, customer service, drive sales. Motivate and train employees.
Upper management had no clue which direction they were taking the company...this was almost daily .
Most enjoyable part was advancement opportunities for those who work hard.
Hardest part was upper management was so disorganized.
