This company will make you a liar and fire you !
Job Coach (Former Employee), CTMay 6, 2013
Pros: none!!!!!
Cons: everything!
They make you lie when you submit your mileage report they make you bill for people they force you to leave alone. They leave you under staffed and under paid. YOU AREN'T allowed the overtime you need to work to help your consumers! The name should be BadWill cause as soon as you get the benefits and use them they will fire you. They will put you in – more... an office with asbestos tiles on the ceiling and when the ceiling falls in tell you they can't pay you and you have to use your paid time off but that is after they let you sit in the office with water pouring out of the lights in the ceiling and tell you stay there and conduct business as usual. I got very ill after they stayed open for hours while water poured down from the asbestos tiles in the ceiling. trust me this company is all about the money and the budget the bosses will let you go and fight against you getting unemployment they will leave you as homeless as the people they claim they are trying to help! – less

working with others
Student (Former Employee), Bridgeport, CTSeptember 25, 2012
Pros: free lunch.
Cons: short breaks.
Most days at work were very busy for various reasons cause of its well known departments.
I learned a lot from my supervisor such as staying busy.
My manager was very helpful in many ways for example anytime we were to busy she would help me out with whatever was needed.
Most co-workers on the job were a little careless.
I think the toughest part about – more... the job was dealing with displeasing customers.
What I enjoyed most on the job is being able to help people. – less
