Village Considers Public Hearing Requirement
Earlier this year, the East Aurora Village Board approved development plans for a new CVS store at the corner of Main and Olean streets and a Goodyear Tire and auto repair shop at the corner of Grey Street and Boise Alley. Both approvals were made without Village Board public hearings, which upset some residents, though there were other opportunities for public input.
