Hard; stressful job
Order Selector (Current Employee) –  Lithia Springs, GADecember 3, 2016
Selectors get paid less and they do all the work. Consist of a lot of bending and crawling to get product which put a strain on ur back. But overall the benefits are great.
Pros
Great benefits
Cons
Poor communication among management

Sales Associate (Current Employee) –  Milwaukee, WIAugust 29, 2016
The place is very laid back. The coworkers are very down to earth and the managers are great. Hardest part of the job is how much you have to get done do to the store being small. the store my look small but it has a huge amount of items. You are expected to get a whole isle done in 30 mins no matter how bad it is.
Pros
very chill great co workers
Cons
you have to move very fast

Cashier (Former Employee) –  Marquette, MIAugust 16, 2016
A typical day at work was cashiering and scan peoples food at the checkout line.

I learned that team work and following directions will get you far.

Management was okay they would help when needed.

My co-workers were okay. Most were very friendly.

Hardest part of the job was trying to please every customer but I did my best to do so.

Most enjoyable part was when they would give you a thanks for you're help.
Pros
Good work place
Cons

Simple work that you know what to expect every day, but has it's moments that can make every day worth going in. It's good to work, knowing that such a simple task can make someone's day better.

Cashier, (Former Employee) –  Boardman, OHAugust 5, 2016
work like a grocery store - but more personable with people.
Stocking shelves and helping customers and cleaning
Some managers ok but others don't care. They are always hiring new people and don't give the workers already there enough hours. They always hire new people and give everyone less hours.
It is a good job if you are just starting out in the work force or in high school.
Pros
learn a lot about every aspect of the grocery business
Cons
not enough hours

Sales Associate / Cashier (Former Employee) –  Tallmadge, OHOctober 5, 2016
Holding just one position could get a little stagnant here. If you ask to be trained in all departments then you will get trained. That kept the days going, and I was always able to help with whatever management needed.
Pros
Friendly customers.
Cons
Can get very slow.
