The Company also offers gourmet refrigerated food products to grocery and club stores throughout the United States, as well as selected regions in Canada, the Caribbean, Latin – more... America, and Asia Pacific. Monterrey produces and/or markets refrigerated gourmet pastas, gnocchi, pasta sauces, prepared entrees, salsas, tamales, dips, hummus, polenta, cheeses, spreadable cheeses, gourmet chicken sausages and gourmet chicken meatballs. The Company operates in three segments: Gourmet Foods Products, Sonoma Cheese Products, and Further Processed Protein Products. Monterey acquired 100% managing control and ownership of Sonoma Foods effective On April 18, 2008.
