We are an established transportation/logistics company and leader providing home delivery services. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals for our Bloomington, MN location. This managerial position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of home delivery operations for the Minnesota market.

Qualified candidates to have distribution, customer service and preferably home delivery experience. Candidates must also have a proven track record in improving overall operations, excellent team building and organizational skills, the ability to make important decisions and be computer literate.

This position requires a self-starter who can oversee, manage, organize, hire, train, discipline, route and work with customer service personnel to develop our business relationship with our client and customers.

Required Qualifications:
Computer Skillsets to include- (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Self-motivated with an ambition to thrive within the company
Experience in problem solving and conflict resolution
Supervisory or management experience of at least 1-3 years

Preferred Qualifications:
Associates degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or equivalent direct experience
Supervisor or management experience of 3+ years
Home delivery or distribution background

Claims management
Client relationship management
Ability to manage budgeted goals and performance metrics
