Gramercy Surgery Center is a fully accredited ambulatory surgery center dedicated to providing the highest possible quality, diverse outpatient surgical care. Our center is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies allowing us to provide our patients with the latest therapies.

As Gramercy Surgery Center continues to expand and grow, we are in search of a full time Administrative Assistant for our downtown, Gramercy Park office.

You must have experience supporting C-Suite Executives

Responsibilities:

  • Traffic all new assigned duties to appropriate managers.
  • Prepare and keep calendar of events and meetings for CEO, COO.
  • Provide Administrative support to Executive Management Team.
  • Attend all meetings and take minutes to be forwarded to CEO on the day of the meeting..
  • Prepare marketing brochures for surgeons.
  • Send out mailing to the surgeons.
  • Coordinate all seminar details for the center.
  • Prepare packets for new programs and services.
  • Arrange all Manager Meetings.
  • Keep statistics for patient satisfaction and infection control.
  • Coordinate and prepare the clinical management meetings.
  • Coordinate outside in-services for clinical and administrative staffs.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience.
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills.
