We first opened for business as a historic car dealer in Frankfurt, Germany in 1977. Choosing – more... to move to La Jolla, California in 1980, we were the franchised dealer for Ferrari and Rolls Royce during the mid-1980's. We have a total of twenty-five years of experience as a historic car dealer and a lifetime of involvement in motor sports.

We are active participants in historic car racing events and tours worldwide including the LeMans (24-Hour) Classic, Mille Miglia, Monterey Historics, Oldtimer Grand Prix Nurburgring, Silverstone Historic Festival and Tour (de France) Auto. We have also taken part in various Concours de Elegance both as an entrant and as a judge. We understand what cars have eligibility and are best suited for each event.

At Grand Prix Classics we certainly understand what makes a car collectable and what gives it its value. Our years of experience have given us the credibility to contribute to the automotive price guides in the Sports Car Market and the Vintage Race Car Journal. Our opinions on the investment side of collecting cars have been quoted in Forbes Magazine and USA Today. We have written formal appraisals for finance or insurance purposes for many years. Our business and the specialty cars we sell have been featured in a variety of automotive publications to include Automobile Quarterly, Autoweek, Excellence, F1 Racing, Porsche Panorama, Sports Car International, Victory Lane, and Vintage Motorsport. – lessMore from ZoomInfo »
