Cons: no working from home.
Amazing set of people to work with. Your manager is just not someone who just talks well and get funding for your business. But someone who is equally at ease coding. I had an instance where we had some performance issues and had a VP come for the code review.
Great place to work if you are interested in job satisfaction. Great salary and benefits.
