The Boarding/Ordering Processor will be responsible for ordering inspections and updating the inspection status. The specialist will review all documentation, checking for accuracy and completing follow-up. They will also be responsible for client and inspector contact to obtain clarification, request documents, and convey status information.
1.Input construction budgets and any subsequent updates into software for future inspection orders.
2.Daily ordering of residential and commercial inspections.
3.Update budgets when new information is provided and revise reports accordingly.
4.Monitor inspection status by proactively following up with inspectors regarding delayed inspections and updating clients on status.
5.Maintain acceptable levels of data integrity and quality.
6.Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external clients to ensure the efficient flow of work in department.
7.Assist as back-up support throughout department as necessary.
1.Proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and work with other various proprietary software applications.
2.Excellent phone skills, oral and written communication skills, and customer service skills.
3.Strong organizational skills must be detail oriented.
4.Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet established standards.
1.Client Relations and Support experience preferred.
2.Construction knowledge required.
