The job is fairly stable, very hard to get fired from but that's not always a good thing. Some of the "machinists" barely deserve the title and the only way to make it big is to invest in a pair of kneepads. The roof leaks, the machines are poorly maintained, it's hot in the summer and cold in the winter and you're expected to make high tolerance parts – more... with dull tooling.
Overall the experience was less than enjoyable and if not for the need for a paycheck I wouldn't have stayed. – less

Very nice work place with calm and respectful people. Very quiet place to work, great management with great flexibility. All co-workers very nice and helpful. There wasn't really a hard part for this job since it was a great place to work and made my day enjoyable all day long.
