Grau & Associates seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant/Office Clerk to assist Executive Administrator/Office Manager and audit staff. Candidate will work in fast paced and high production driven environment.
Candidate must be punctual, dependable, have a strong attention to detail and accuracy and have excellent communication skills with a sense of urgency when it comes to deadlines.
Working hours: M-F 9:30AM - 6:00PM (1/2 hour lunch)
Minimum five years Administrative Assistant preferred, experience in the auditing field is a plus
Independent thinker, able to apply common sense and logic to tasks and job assignments with minimal guidance
Proven ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Strong degree of accuracy and attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Produce accurate documents under normal and tight time constraints
Ability to exercise good judgment at all times
Ability to analyze complex issues and apply investigative techniques to find answers or offer solutions
Ability to remain focused with minimal personal distractions
Proficiency with MS Office, advanced ability in Word, Excel and Outlook a must, ProFX Engagement desirable
