Worked at Gravitant as a Business Analyst. I worked with the Vice President of New Products on gathering information, interviewing potential customers, and briefing the development team of current changes. As a result the User interface was developed in record time and within budget. The product will be released as a SaaS (Software as a service). The product was called Cloud Matrix. It was used by CIOs, IT Architects, Planners, Financial analysts, Comptrollers, Sourcing and Procurement managers. Created Business Rules and Business Process Models for Cloud Matrix customers. Developed product requirement documents for customers, process flows for the development team, keeping Voice of the Customer in mind developed strong use cases to be tested by the Software Development team, and coordinated changes with vendors. Analyzed tasks assigned and scheduled work to meet goals, used leadership skills to bridge the communication gap between Developer group and the Business group to smooth the differences and new ideas that bring conflict to the table. Some programming with HTML, XHTML, and CSS. Managed changes in the life cycle and wrote white papers for the new product. Worked on the “Communities” page to get the customer’s and competition’s views. Developed and interpreted organizational goals, policies and procedures.
