GravityPeople was founded in May of 1998. In 1998 our customer base was primarily in infrastructure and enterprise software. Since then we have expanded beyond software into the information security, decision sciences and green energy sectors. Our goal when founding Gravity was to change the model of traditional technology recruiting. We really wanted to deliver more meaningful services to the clients and job seekers we represented. We felt that the key to this was providing very accurate information that allowed companies to save money by reviewing fewer resumes, and candidates to save time by reviewing fewer opportunities.
