In the morning when I would arrive I would have to enter Web leads that came in from our website into the ACT program and then send those leads to the proper sales rep. I also would have a special lead call out for certain industries such as Retail, Signage or Industrial. Once I did my calling, I would then enter that lead again into ACT and send that on to that sales rep for that industry and that area in the country.
I did make friends with my coworkers, not too much time to hang and talk, but after my boss who had hired me initially left , Gravotech hired a new manager that made changes to the department.
I do enjoy speaking and building a repore with prospective clients and working with the reps as they did me! I did enjoy the benefits, health insurance and 401K.
