Great Clips is currently seeking experienced hair-care professionals for Salon Manager & Assistant Manager openings in a new store coming to Angleton, TX (between Lake Jackson and Pearland).
Manager Qualifications & Abilities:
Listen and understand what the customer wants
Provide quality haircuts in a fast-paced environment
Lead a team committed to company goals and values
Effectively resolve customer issues
Computer savvy and can track customer information through the POS system
Employee management skills – inc. recruiting, coaching and retention
Commitment to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
Current Texas cosmetology license a must!
