Customer Service Representative, Westbrook, ME - November 23, 2016
disrespect was a common occurrence, managers would whimsically mock customers after a phone call and slow or deter payments to clients out of disrespect. very long hours with managers that would often cut your break short. we had to ask to go to the bathroom and they had the ability to say no for Christs sake. 12 dollars an hour was just enough to keep new bottom of the barrel employees coming in but not enough to keep anyone there. after 8 months of employment I was in the top 15 longest staying employees. I was fired after I refused to cheat a family out of thousands of dollars.
