GRHS is a great workplace with many opportunities for advancement. They are very family oriented and work with your schedule for family issues. They provide fun things to do to reward all employees

Housekeeper (Current Employee) –  W Burlington, IAJanuary 31, 2017
I cleaned the patient rooms and offices in the hospital. I have learned every position in the housekeeping department in the hospital . The employees help each other to make the hospital a better place for the patients while they are healing. I would have to say the hardest part about working at the hospital is remembering it is a hospital. Everyone there is very happy and welcoming and it is a wonderful place to heal.
Pros
Healthcare
Cons
No challenges

Aide (Current Employee) –  West Burlington, IAFebruary 23, 2016
I have worked here a few yrs now. Everyone is friendly and helpful for the most part. They have pretty good food in the cafeteria, always a good variety. Work hrs aren't really good for family people unless you like being gone from home at night. They should get cheaper family insurance plans!!!
Pros
friendly staff, free gym membership
Cons
work hrs, family health insurance is very expensive, no room for advancement
