Pros: love working with guests = great places for lunch and snacks, 25% discount at all outlets in the resort, free waterpark passes and some fre night stays as well as free food certificates.
Cons: close up for 3 or 4 days during the week starting after labor day, and do not reopen completely until around 12/15, . lack of hours is of great concern. no room for advancement
Love working with Guests to make their experience a great one. Everyone looks forward to coming to a resort and having a great and relaxing vacation, and I am able to comply with their requests and help them with every need,. I am great at customer service, and am used to phone etiquette using phones to set up guest reservations.
