Clinical Support Specialist, Lakewood WA - July 2, 2015
Meeting new people from all walks of life, a day at work would be checking in clients, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and finding a Counselor that would be a good fit for a new client that is just getting assigned. working with Counselors and also other providers. I have learned a lot at this company and working with a diverse of people everybody have their difference of opinions but in the end we find a way to make it work for the clients and staff. My co-workers are awesome and this environment is easy to work in because we work as a team and not as individuals. the hardest part of the job is trying to help a client that is irritated or angry because they are having suicidal thoughts and you have to be able to get help for the client or keep him or her from thinking about doing harm to themselves or someone else. The most enjoyable part is interacting with the variety of people.
