The organization is very flat and everyone is encourage to do what they're passionate about. Another strength of GREE is a lot of very skillful engineers and creators. The only and critical flaw is that there is little leadership in this company and they do not have a culture to invest on people to grow up. As a player, it is a great play ground with full of potential, only if you can break through the organizational challenge though.
