Green Energy Group, (GEG), has immediate openings for motivated and experienced Lead Consultant. GEG integrates a superior solar product with excellent customer service that ensures homeowners a smooth transition to solar from conventional electricity.
The Lead Consultant position works closely with our top Solar Sales Professional and Office Staff, You will be responsible for generating quality leads through face to face contact with homeowners. The Lead Consultant efficiently and effectively educates potential clients about solar energy as an alternative to their increasing energy bill.
There is a $10.00/hourly base + a lucrative commission on all closed deals that you generate.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities
Maintain relationship with confirmation team
Provide report from leads and appointments
Ability to train and learn the fields of best social practice
Must have the willingness to go the distance with a “can do” attitude
Speak with clients about solar energy alternatives
Ability to identify decision makers
Introduce Zero down lease option and warranties
Continue education about solar product, incentives and rebates
Lead Consultant Qualifications:
MUST BE Self-discipline and have a drive for success
Ability to motivate people and produce numbers
Effective Communicators with a positive and outgoing personality
Dedicated and Enthusiastic
Articulate communication skills
Adept in overcoming objections
