Depending where you land could be good or horrible
Corporate Associate Attorney (Former Employee) –  Boston, MAJune 21, 2017
Poor management and no team work or training for junior associates. Laterals are not incorporated well. If you want to succeed it is hard but you can stay at your job but juniors do not respect other associates and partners will not help train them.
Pros
Easy to slide by but fall through the cracks
Cons
Same as the pros

A wonderful place to work, fast paced place. There is always room for growth. The best part of working there is learning new things all the time.

Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant (Former Employee) –  White Plains, NYFebruary 13, 2015
I ended up working too much overtime so they assumed I'd always be there late all the time. They need to allow/give more vacation time/time off.
