Corporate Associate Attorney (Former Employee) – Boston, MA – June 21, 2017
Poor management and no team work or training for junior associates. Laterals are not incorporated well. If you want to succeed it is hard but you can stay at your job but juniors do not respect other associates and partners will not help train them.

Decent pay, benefits. Long hours. Unpredictable management. Friendly co workers. Nice office building and good location in the biltmore area. Always understaffed in the department, tough to meet the goals. Could use about twice the number of analysts/ staff.

staff are very helpful and reliable. Management was helpful; enjoyed working with co-workers - we worked as a team; hardest part of the job was making sure the information for the conferences rooms for the next day were correct and ordering proper foods and supplies for meetings.
