Company should be closed. No loyalty to employees. Every day you will wonder if its your last. No board member so decisions are based off of personal feelings of single owner instead of HR laws and Regulation. North Carolina hire and fire for any reason state so "fire" will happen once someone is cheaper or owner becomes bored with your position. Entire department closed over night resulting on layoff due to OWNER HAVING A BAD DREAM! TRAGEDY BUT A JOB! get so caught up with overtime hours that chance to find real career is extremely hard to do.
