Gregg & Associates was founded in 1994 to specifically address the community's needs for quality services that help hard-to-employ individuals acquire and maintain self-sufficiency while reducing or eliminating government assistance. Participants are taught the "how to" tools to finding jobs. getting jobs, keeping jobs, and post employment – more... skill development for continued career advancement.
Steven Gregg, founder of S.T. Gregg & Associates, has fourteen years of workforce development experience.
During his initial years of working in this area, he witnessed repeated failures and high recidivism rates with the traditional types of life-skills training and job development programs. He believed that current models of training were ineffective because the programs were a cookie cutter approach and not tailored to the needs of the participant and their family. Internal and external barriers needed to be addressed to enhance the individual's employment success.
