Greystoke Health Systems, a management company located in Bolingbroke, Georgia, is currently seeking a Director of Payroll and Benefits.
Primary responsibility is payroll and related activities.
Employee will direct the activities of the payroll management team and respective staff members. Employee will develop and control all tasks necessary to accomplish the Company's payroll processing objectives, including relationships with internal and external auditors and state and federal agencies.
Will process and prepare payroll for over 11 facilities/ 1,000 employees.
Mail out and answer garnishments for all facilities.
Calculates deductions for group health, life, and disability insurance premiums and communicate to employees and payroll staff. Will prepare premium reports and communicate with insurance carriers and other program vendors.
Reconcile insurance bills and answer any questions that employees may have regarding elections.
Generally requires 5 to 7 years of payroll or closely related experience.
Audit time sheets for all facilities.
Will require travel throughout Alabama and Georgia.
