We are seeking a qualified candidate for an Account Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience. This is a highly diverse role where you can grow and make a positive difference every day.

Responsibilities:
> Develop strong and consistent relationships with a variety of client contacts; including president level decision makers
> Understanding of high-availability, heavily trafficked web-based platforms
> Able to understand multi-channel, multi-revenue stream products, services and features and present the value proposition of them to clients
> Provide requirements direction and guidance to the development and operations team members
> Guide the onboarding of new clients and migration of existing ones to our new platform
> Provide daily support of the clients for issues/concerns, questions, ideas, new requests; write and deliver weekly status and other ad hoc communications
> Demonstrated ability to examine day to day processes and recommend improvements
> Act as first point of contact and response for issues related to application related issues; coordinate fixes & solution creation and then deployment to the client
> Ensure client retention by balancing expectations with company priorities and solutions; act as the advocate for the client’s perspective
> Implements effective solutions consistent with the size and scope of the business need

Requirements:
> College degree or equivalent, and 3 years’ experience with sales, service, or account management in a web technology driven environment
> Knowledge of relationship management, basic project management – requirements/SOW, basic web technologies, issue identification/problem solving
> Excellent trouble-shooting skills that possess breadth and depth
> Comfortable working in a collaborative team structure yet able to work independently
> Excellent oral, telephone and written communication skills; strong analytical skills; ability to think strategically and act tactically
> Beneficial: Knowledge of sales/upsell techniques, contracts, pricing/negotiation
