Management. Worst group of managers I have ever been associated with. Constant turn over of managers and employees makes for a toxic working environment.

I would work for an independent dealer, not owned by a corporation. Employees mean nothing to this company, the only thing that matters is their stock prices.

Upper Management are a group of people with very few people skills who simply just dont care about their employees. They are very disrespectful and condescending to their sales force. Also, they make you work for free. Let me explain how that works, you're hired on a 100% commision salary but any given time they will pull you out of the sales floor to move cars from point A to B all for free, as well as other things that you wont just get compensate for. Bottomline is this a horrible place to work for under the current management. If you want to experience what I just described just go work for them and you'll see.

Management. They play favorites so if your manager doesn't personally like you they will actively try to force you out.
