Manufacturing Engineer (Current Employee) –  Nashville, ILJune 28, 2016
Communication is nonexistent. Production management is incapable of controlling employees performance. Currently rated GM's worst interior supplier.

Backup Process Technician/Production Assistant (Current Employee) –  Howell, MIDecember 7, 2015
Fun work place with supportive management. Not all about the numbers but how you personally grow and develop. Decent amount of red tape and politics, but this is expected of a big company

MATERIALS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT (Current Employee) –  Hopkinsville, KYNovember 15, 2015
Being this company the biggest one owned by corporate in USA, makes work to always be a very interesting in learning experience and problem solving, most people working there have years of knowledge which makes it even more interesting to keep growing. On the material side, work is always fun, different situations to solve and face every day, a lot of interaction with other departments.
Pros
flexible schedules for working
Cons
not too many benefits or high salaries

Long hours with little to no allowance for personal time
Logistics Mgr (Former Employee) –  Spartanburg, SCNovember 10, 2015
Worked at facility for 6.5 years and continuously found myself working through the night and weekends without any compensation for the extra effort. Never had a manager that could teach me nor had my back when the challenge to defend decisions came up. Upper mgmt continues to promise turnaround of monthly financial loss without any change to the company structure, plan or process improvement. New business is awarded however there is no room for the new business within the facility yet while promise of shipment made starting 7 months from now with no new equipment in place or personnel to plan/run it. Lean department structures create inadequate ability to make dependable decisions thus shoot-from-hip atmosphere a constant. Weekend planning happens on previous Thursday just before noon and rolled into production environment on Thursday late so no opportunity for personnel to plan weekend family life. Production recordables are falsely published knowingly then blaming the materials group for the failures. If you are looking for a hectic, high pressure, 24 hr daily demanding job, that is your dream come true.
Pros
many hours for hourly pay
Cons
no work/family life balance

Logistics Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Belvidere, ILSeptember 18, 2015
Grupo Antolin was a good place to work. I worked a lot of hours each week because I was the only person who did what I did there. We had a lot of fun while doing our jobs. The company acknowledged their employees, sometimes with Christmas parties or potlucks in the office. I enjoyed the work I did there and the friendship that came from working with everyone.

Program Manger - OHS Group (Former Employee) –  Auburn Hills, MIMay 15, 2015
Lots of micro-management from HQ in Spain. Overall lack of clear direction from leadership. Management by intimation. Not a positive experience, and not a place if you wanted to grow with an organization. This is simply not a world class comany.
Pros
Salary good
Cons
Mirco Management - Very poor culture.

with this position I learned how effective it can be working as a team and as an individual and reach goals, co workers were very friendly, the hardest part of the job was the sudden mandatory overtime with less then a 24hr notice, the main part of the job I enjoyed was co workers and it's fast pace
